Tyler Rieke, MBA, MEd.
Tyler Rieke joined the Missouri State Parks Foundation as the Executive Director in 2022. Tyler is a life long Missourian. Growing up in rural Crawford County she has long been passionate about Missouri's natural spaces. She holds a dual B.S. Degree in Business Management and Psychology, and a MBA from Stephens College as well as a MEd. from Lincoln University. Tyler is responsible for all day to day operations of the Foundation.

Tyler enjoys hiking at Missouri State Parks and Historic Sites and is an avid rock climber and kayaker.

The purpose of the Missouri State Parks Foundation Board of Directors is to oversee the direction of the organization, to promote the Missouri State Parks Foundation, to hire and advise the Executive Director, and to ensure its own organizational effectiveness in order to support the mission of the Missouri State Parks Foundation and address the needs of the Foundation.
Primary Responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors:

Organization of the board of directors, office, and committees

Promotion of the Foundation throughout the State of Missouri

Hiring and advising the Executive Director

Financial Management, including the adoption and oversight of the annual budget

Fundraising and outreach
Length of term: Board members serve three (3) year terms. Board members may serve up to four (4) consecutive terms. After four consecutive terms, board members must rotate off for a minimum of one (1) year.
Meetings and time commitment:

The Missouri State Parks Foundation Board of Directors meets at 10:00 am on the third Thursday of the month. Meetings typically last 30 to 90 minutes.

Board members may be asked to represent the Missouri State Parks Foundation at special events or to attend special meetings, as necessary.

Expectations of the board members:

Attend and participate in meetings on a regular basis, and special events as much as possible.

Create awareness of and promote the Missouri State Parks Foundation.

Become and remain familiar with the Foundation’s financial position and needs.

Support the Missouri State Parks Foundation commensurate with one's ability through an annual financial gift.
We appreciate your interest in volunteering for service on the MSPF Board of Directors. Your application will be reviewed and upon recommendation, an interview may be scheduled.
